This thing is rubbish….all it does it moves the dust from 1 spot to the next and gets stuck everywhere. Sorry for the harsh comment but truth is truth.

Fair call but I suppose it could be good for those of us who just want to keep a clean house absolutely spotless. Great indoor cat toy though, even just the robotic ball! Hmmm, tempted :)

I think I'd be more likely to buy this as a cat toy than a sweeper, maybe they should do away with the microfibre cage and sell it cheaper? ;)

(Plus I bought the Aldi robot vac recently, and aside from not liking string and getting confused/safely stuck occasionally, it's doing a great job!)

… or do away with the microfibre cage and sell it for twice as much! Have you seen the price of those wanky cat toys? Sheesh, $30 for a motorised ball to entertain/exercise cats is a steal compared to some of the stuff available. Hmmm, wanna go into business Lukian?

        • Do you remember the brand and the price you paid? Thanks!

  • Has anyone tried this?

My partner got one at the Royal show, pretty much useless. It traps the fine dust but anything bigger (sand, hair, etc) it just moves around

  • We have attached the youtube video in the ad
    feel free to watch

    • why the postage/shipping is 11.97 instead of $7.98 for 2? are you guys charging postage per item?

      • yes, an additional item will be charged 50% off the original shipping

I agree…how can just lightly moving a dry cloth around a floor actually do any cleaning…

  • What's the height of the unit?

  • Insufficient 'pressure' from a light plastic frame to properly swiff the microfibre around, no tracking or mapping, all you are relying on is a random ball rolling around.

If you have a higher budget you are better off using the iRobot Braava (which I have and rate highly), for dry swiffs and wet swiffer cleaning.

  • If anyone is located in Hobart. BigW Glenorchy have these for $15

I have a sabco microfibre mop for my hardwood floors. It's great, but it's more like a broom in the sense that it pushes dirt around. I push it all into a corner and then get the handheld Dyson to suck it up.

Can't see this being too useful.

I also have a LG Roboking which has a mop attachment. That works quite well.

  • $10 at Woolworths Glenorchy TAS now…. :)
