Vista print used to Spam me all the time. Does anyone ever take up these offers, and how is their printing quality?
I have made nearly 100 orders from them. All top quality. I had a couple of t-shirts with the printing slightly off once, I emailed customer support and they sent out replacements really quickly. Deals are not quite the shameless deals of a few years ago when you could stack deals, but I still buy a few things as my stocks run out.

Yep! Always has been free. Just be aware if you do grab the 250 Free ones, they will put some small text on the back "Made with Vistaprint" or something like that. It's worth it if you're just starting out. They do send me emails about once a month but you can choose to unsubscribe.
Avoid their pens though. Definitely not worth $8. They break real easily.
They also have 250 Premium business cards for $10 (down from $20) for their EOFY. Definitely worth it IMO! I'll be picking some up for Esio Entertainment as I took up the 250 Free ones a year ago when I was preparing for launch.
Now I can get my Ozbarginer cards
