Auspost seem to be clearing out Telstra stuff eg1. This is a 4G hotspot (locked to Telstra) with included 3GB data. I have not purchased it so I do not know what the expiry of the data is. From previous deals it seems that it is easily and cheaply unlocked but is missing the 700mhz LTE band. See the previous deal from Target ($34.50).
I think there are a 2-3 left at Burwood NSW (Plaza) post office, maybe more.

Got the last one from Jesmond (Newcastle NSW) for $29. According to the AusPost stock levels there should be one at The Junction (Newcastle NSW).
Expiry date on my box is 07 April 2016 (same as sifnot above).

Damn that's pretty good. I bought this for $49 earlier this year and it's been great. Especially with the $1-$5 Telstra sim packs that have gone on sale a few times. (which gives you 3GB)
Also it's super easy to unlock. Just search in ebay for the model number and a bunch of unlock services will come up. I think it only cost be ~$2.
