I have my doubts about the patriot SSDs. Maybe worth spending $10 more for one of the recent Sandisk deals.

Looking in at generations of SATA and controllers, this is one of the slowest SATA III SSDs ever released, and in real-world conditions, some SATA II drives would actually perform better.
The 60 and 120 are slow, the 240GB is pretty good. I picked up one today after reading the reviews about the 120, so the 240 is now my gaming drive in my HTPC :-)
Wish they had a decent website and let you order these sale items online at the discounted prices.
