Waterproof, Temperature Proof, X-ray Proof and Magnetic Proof. Your Photos, Videos & More Stay Safe and Protected

I thought all microsd are waterproof… just don't use them when they're wet because your devices most likely isn't waterproof on the inside. Gotta love marketing lol…

Decent price… closest I can find local is $72.67 from Megabuy.

  • i dont get it - why are the micro SDXC cards cheaper than the full size SDXC cards? i'm wanting to get a full size one for my a6000 but maybe a micro in an adapter would suffice?

  • 50MB/s write speed??
I thought the Samsung Pro was more like 80MB/s write speed.
I think there's two versions. I wouldn't go for this if it's only the 50MB/s one.

    • Official specs on the Samsung AU site does state up to 80MB/s write.

"Read : up to 90MB/s with UHS-1 interface, Write : up to 80MB/s with UHS-1 interface * Actual speed may vary depending on use host device conditions and environment."

      http://www.samsung.com/au/consumer/pc-peripherals/memory-car…

However over on the Samsung US web site it states write up to 50MB/s.

"Read: up to 90MB/s with UHS-1 interface
Write: Up to 50MB/s with UHS-1 interface"

      http://www.samsung.com/us/computer/memory-storage-accessorie…

One conflicts with the other. AU web site is right and US web site is wrong.

    • I assume that's for the 16GB card, as the table down below lists 80MB/s. With an asterisk stating 16GB up to 50MB/s

      • I did get 50MB/s sequential write on my 16GB Samsung Pro card.
