Mojang has released a skin pack for Minecraft that will be available free for a limited time only (unknown if it'll be available paid or at all after that).

From the Mojang blog:

To celebrate the awesomeness that is this week’s Minecon 2015, we’re releasing a free bundle of skins for consoles. This pack is extra-special because it features Alex and Steve wearing a selection of smart Minecon capes.

The Minecon 2015 Skin Pack will be available for just 15 days from the 1st of July onward.

The link in the bargain posting is for the Xbox One DLC. Other versions are below (thanks to Where's_That_Cake for the PS store link)

    It's free on all systems. PS4, PS3 and Vita included. They all updated as well.

      Sadly, yes. Same goes for Texture Packs.

      Slightly off-topic: The console versions are great for split-screen multiplayer and crafting without relying on the internet - Something that the PC version sorely lacks.

      You can get around that by purchasing it directly on the console - it doesn't ask you to have payment details on file then apparently.
