    I might be wrong but I don't think you can use both the 15% off code and the $10 new sign up voucher at The Iconic for the same transaction?

      I know for sure that iconic doesn't allow doubling up on coupons.
      Which is why their store credit is crappy.

      If you decide to return something, do not get sucked into choosing the 110% store credit option, as it will mean you will never be able to take advantage of these coupon code sales.

      As store credit coupons are actually setup on their systems as "coupon codes"

        Why wouldn't you just take the full cash refund? I returned the Superdry Windcheater jacket that was too big, they gave me a full refund (I used the $10 signup newsletter voucher plus the 10% cashrewards). Free returns. Then I rebought the smaller size.

          Because you get a extra 10% credit if you take store credit. Normal people would think it would be like a gift card, and still work with coupon codes. But they don't since they deliberately made them act like coupon codes so you cannot stack them.

          It is annoying because they don't tell you that anywhere on their site.

          @lplau: I reckon it's fair enough though not to double dip. They have to pay for their employees' wages in some way! It is however unlike them not to declare it. Unsure of the UK version of the ACCC rules. I don't think David Jones or Coles would give you a 110% store credit with their refund policy/system. By my understanding, without a receipt, you get a gift card of the value of the item that it scans at. The Iconic seems to be extending themselves by providing the 10% in addition to the face value of the item that was paid for. I know that this is OzBargain and it's all about pushing the boundaries but they have to survive with making something otherwise they would not exist.

          @deal junkie: Haha just wanted to make sure people knew about what they are getting themselves into when choosing the store credit, since it doesn't seem to be written on their site anywhere.
