Lowest price currently. Keep in mind this is now a year old and the second generation is probably replacing it soon.
Still a good price though if you want a premium feeling Android Wear smart watch.

is this an induction, ac or dc motor?

    • +1

It comes with a cradle for wireless charging (induction) if that's what you mean.

      wat

    • Don't really see a point in a DC -> AC conversion for such a small motor… Induction is a form of AC so I'm going with DC… why does the motor format of the vibrator matter though? :P

        carnal vibrators are important

  • It's $120 US directly from Motorola US.. Pity they don't ship to Aus

    • Redirect with US shipping redirect companies ?

  • Must be new version coming.

  • Tempted. Hard to resist. I'm going to give myself the excuse.. if I see the metal 23mm version for this price, I'll jump in. Right now it's $50 extra.

  • I recommend this as a better buy at the same price.

My thoughts of why it is better are here.

    • Since the rollout of android Wear 5.1.1 the Moto is pretty solid.. I can get more than a day from mine and the scrolling and reading of notifications is super smooth.

You previous summary of the Moto 360 was correct, but since the latest release of software the Moto shines.

Personally think the Moto is the looker, but Sony has better fitness features. If using the Moto fitness apps the accuracy and HRM are much better than using Google Fit (which still needs some tuning).

      • I'm liking the 5.1.1 upgrade on the Sony as well. You're right in saying that most people will prefer the look of the Motorola - Sony has a really sexy metal body option, but it costs $70-$100 more. Also the Sony doesn't have HRM, but it has GPS and NFC (and WI-FI).
