I know it's a hard case as oppose to soft side case and 300gm lighter but for the same side and more than double the price, I don't know if it's worth it. Also, the Qantas one has 7 years warranty.
By the way, these are luggage, of course they're gonna get thrown around, do people really claim warranty for normal wear and tear? What are the main advantages of hard case vs soft case?

Just received my 75cm VIVOLITE. It comes with a 3 years worldwide warranty while the official website of American Tourister states it has a 10 years worldwide warranty.

From the website FAQ - All American Tourister luggage products come with a 10 year global warranty as of the 1st of November, 2014, so no matter where in the world you are, we can help you if you have a luggage malfunction.
Seems 10 year warranty only came in Nov 2014 so maybe it's an old label on the suitcase. Mine shows 3 years warranty as well on the tag
I will be interested to see how this goes as I just got mine. Smaller and flimsier than I thought, plus fabric zippers. I can't say I am too impressed, but maybe they are better in actions. I thought it was a solid hard shell with only clipped locks.
Ordered mine on the 4th,"shipping notification" on the 6th and it still hasn't even left their warehouse yet…. :(

I spoke to someone at Myer yesterday and they told me between NSW and WA via Australia Post there is no tracking but the suitcase had been picked up… lo and behold this morning I got an email saying delivery was expected today so fingers crossed as I am flying out tomorrow night
Received my suitcase order last week. It came with BIG multiple scratches on the handle. Not happy with it but can't be bothered to complain, send it back and have to pick up a new one from the post office again…
