    So its an xbox 360 controller but potentially less functional … hmmm. For $30 I'd still rather fork out $40 for a more standard controller. Out of interest how many controller can operate under the one receiver or do you need one per controller?

      I've got one. If I remember correctly it gets recognised by games as an xbox controller, so compatibility isn't a problem. But you have to put a lot of pressure on the triggers to get to the end of the range, so eg; in racing games you have to pay attention to your fingers so you use all the throttle. Glad I upgraded to an xbox one controller.
