  • Seems to have relatively good battery life from what I've read-certainly not a downside:

"In our Wi-Fi browsing test Lenovo S60 managed to stay on for 562 minutes (9 hours and 22 minutes). The result in the watching movies test was even better – 631 minutes (10 hours and 31 minutes), and if you want to play 3D games with S60, you’ll have 286 minutes (4 hours and 46 minutes) at your disposal on one charge."

About standard price, comparing it to the TCL S950 ($123.50): http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Original-cell-phones-Neken-N6…

    Pros of S950:

    • 1080p resolution (vs. 720p)
    • 16GB internal storage (vs. 8GB)
    • 120g weight (vs. 128g)
    • 6.99mm thickness (Vs. 7.7mm)

    Cons:

    • Android 4.2 (vs. 4.4)
    • 2000mAh battery (vs. 2150mAh)
    • No SD card slot on dual sim version
    • Camera might be worse
  • How's AliExpress reliability and delivery time?

    • When its one of these major promos, its pretty safe. Allow 2-3 weeks.

  • This may be a dumb question - but do any of these China-Droid phones support HD Voice on the local telcos?

It's such a rarely-advertised feature in handsets across the board (Western brands included), but a substantial difference in voice quality in my opinion.

No 3G 850mhz = No Telstra (or Boost etc)

    • will work on telstra 2100mhz?

      google says
      2100MHz (B1) – Telstra, Optus, Vodafone

      • 850Mhz is necessary on metro fringe and regional areas. 2100mhz gets you Vodafone levels of coverage.

    • Yeah, I will have to give this a skip as a result. The K3 Note has 850mhz and is better value as a result IMO.
