        Bought that last week but they shipped the order without it… phoned them up to today and said out of stock, mentioned it still shows in stock and why would they ship half and order without confirming with me and they 'found' stock… supposed to be shipping it out within the next 48 hours.

        Missed two other items from my order, also both now 'found' …

        We shall see.

          Same thing happened to me but with the bike carrier. I only really wanted the bike carrier but got a few other things because why not. Parcels show up at my house with no bike carrier, they refund me the money with no communication as to what is happening, few days later they finally send me an email saying they were out of stock.

          Make sure you paid the right postage still… at the moment they still invoiced me $14.95 postage but the items they sent were only $7.95 worth of postage.

          If they don't ship the whole lot, as they have promised to do now, then I will be asking them to take it all back, as I would not have bought the other things without the main 3. Luckily I paid with PayPal so any dispute should be nice and simple.

    The umbrella does not look very strong. Besides, a real Ozbargainer only uses Woodworm umbrella's. Wouldn't want to be seen carrying anything else.

      Yeah you can't beat those Woodworms really eh …I prefer them to $50 and $80 umbrellas and they have never broken on me ever and I usually break at least 1 unbrella a year due to wind.

      Mine has been going for 56 mins. I opened a new window to the mobile site, and checked out. I had to redo the cart (and accidently /on purpose added more products!:))

    Dem Explorer socks wow. Even with 7.95 shipping, I got 10 pairs so that works out to be $2.795 for one pair which is a huge saving considering they go for $15 RRP and lowest I can find elsewhere is $7 or so a pair. I was actually meant to get 5 pairs but the site lagged so I clicked it again and I ended up with 10 but oh well!

    OK THEN. that's over for me. bought lots of useless crap i don't really need but will take anyway cos its cheap.

    tips:
    - use the mobile site.
    - umbrella's are sold out all over SA (not worth it unless you can get 10 anyway)
    - split orders to stores that have stock for c&c
    - pay via paypal. probably easier to get your $ back (they say it doesnt get subtracted from account until order is processed so maybe even better that way)
    - inflatable pool toys/mattresses are cheap. take with you on holidays and leave them there/give to someone else. you always pay more than they're worth anyway (even cheaper countries)
    - pray to god/allah/buddha/the devil the order gets filled
