    can get them for $181 elsewhere, not much of a bargain at all. Anyone paying $328 has rocks in their head

      181 from Store DJ? they only have 2 pairs and they are ex DEMO!
      I have been looking and this is the cheapest price, even grey importers are more

      Hi Pledge, any damage/loss in transit to you is a straight resupply. Any fault within the first two weeks is also a straight swap over and anything in the standard warranty period is looked after by AKG. They will either repair themselves or they may also direct you back to us to swap for you.

      I can vouch for Videopro's customer service.
      I got headphones earlier this year. They ran out of stock and offered me a better pair for slightly more.
      Then it turned out I had made a mistake with my delivery address and the item was lost in the post. Videopro did all the follow ups with AusPost and sent me another one - zero hassle.
      Top seller for me.

      Hi skimmermilk, coming from the QC15's you'll notice first that the noise cancelling doesn't kill everything as well as the Bose headphones. I actually like this - the QC15/QC25's make my ears hurt after a while. Personally I like the sound quality more overall and the on-ear vs over-ear debate is mainly down to personal preference. Many prefer over-ear but the AKG's are quite light so I don't mind it at all.
