  • Nice price for a FAST card I hope you are not driving PCByte towards bankruptcy with these constant deals!

nah he's driving us towards bankruptcy.

We aren't going to have any money left for the next eneloop deal!

at this rate, ozbargain will be the number 1 google result when people search for 'arse' :)

    • I logged in just to click the + sign and leave this comment! hahaha

    Noice.

  • It's the TA show tonight!

  • Thanks TA! I'm thinking of buying a GoPro, would the micro SD fit in it?

    • +2

      Hi Mattylicious,

Yes this card will be compatible with GoPro.

      Cheers
      Francesca

      • Thanks for your reply Francesca! Just bought 1 :)

    Another great ArseBargain

  • I bought the 32gb version in the hopes it would allow raw recording in my BMPCC — alas dropped frames early on even in prores so unfortunately not suitable ;(

I could post 32gb version benchmark but it may not be suitable given the 64gb version might have different timings.

    Great price incidentally.

    +1 for "microarse"

    • imagine if he was selling slapstick comedy ;7)

    Suggestion for "arsebyte"

  • +1

    I LOL'd at "microarse"! :P

    • you made me remember "MicroArts" - the company i bought a couple of early (expensive!) PCs from back in the 90s

With so many 'arses', I think ozbargain is in are in real danger of being blocked by the Federal Internet Filter!

  • +1

    I'm all arSD out…

  • +1

I did just buy an evo yesterday but I feel the speed advantages of this one will work well with my surface pro 3. Thanks again tightarse

  • Nice! Good to see a deal for a nice fast card.
This'll do me for a while.

Any noticeable difference between 64GB EVO and PRO using for Galaxy Note 4?

  • How stable is using the microsd in the sd container in high end devices?
Does it add heat to the card or can the microsd slip out slightly when in use in a device?

  • I've had it with these arse deals, lord.

  • "I receive no financial benefit from posting these deals. Never have, never will. See here & here."

Hopefully the sad losers are done now.

  • Is this an overkill for Tab S 10.5?

  • Hi rep any chance of getting those 64gb evo again for 29?

  • 128gb?

  • +1

After some legendary codes like : samarse, lex-arse, microarse, if you ever run out of arse codes, you can use the following:

    arsebyte, francescasarse.

    • Arsebargain, I'd like to see some arsebargain.

  • Is this an overkill for GoPro Hero 4 Silver edition?
Or should I go for the EVO version?

    • Hi windows7, this model is definitely better in terms of speed for GoPro.

    • Evo is more than enough. Do the math, you'll find that the evo has more than enough write speed for even the highest bitrate out of the gopro. Only downfall is when you do burst photography.

  • +3

Shouldn't this be around the $44 mark, considering the $22 deal for the 32GB model from MSY?

    • -1

This is a pro model much faster card

    • That $22 is a special deal, what is the normal price for 32GB Samsung Pro card? $44?
Just because this 64GB card is double the capacity, doesn't have to mean the price can only be double.

      • And this is not supposed to be special deal?

        • Obviously not special enough to warrant a price of $44.

  • How many microsd cards does ozbargain need….

    • Until we finish up on all the xxxxarse codes!

      • Then he can start using Tightxxxx codes. I do have some suggestions.

  • +2

Any chance on a deal for this Francesca somewhere down the line? =]

    http://pcbyte.com.au/samsung-128gb-micro-sdxc-evo-plus-class…

    • Yes. A deal needs to be made on this card!

  • I feel like I only paid $47 for this (full SD size) a few months ago from Amazon.

    • +1

Yeah, me too. I bought a week ago through this deal. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/201835

But I guess this is for those who seek to have the micro SD card, and I can see some of them will be most likely to use them on their GoPros.

      • Also handy for phones that can record 4K, those that still take cards that is.

        • It lives in my Sony A6000. :)

  • +1

I've tried to search online, but can't seem to find an answer - does anyone know if this card will work with a GoPro Hero 4 Silver for 4k video?

    Thanks in advance.

    • +1

Yes this card has plenty for speed even for real 4K (30fps) in a Hero 4 Black, so no problem at all for fake 4K (15fps) in a Hero 4 Silver :P

    • +1

Even much lesser cards are absolutely fine for the hero 4 silver. I'm using an evo card in mine with no hassles. Protune on, 45Mbit/s.

  • Holy bargain TA! You've been working hard haven't ya… +1!

  • This is the one I've been waiting for. Thanks TA

  • Can the Samsung S5 handle the Pro card speed? Or the Evo is enough?

  • +1

For those considering using this in their Full Frame DSLR's for burst photography. (Where every RAW/JPEG shot may be critical)

  • Hey guys… Not sure if this was already discussed above though I'm not having much success applying the coupon code. Sold out perhaps?
"Coupon code "microarse" is not valid."

    • My apologies. Yes, ended and now expired.

      • Thanks as always TA and :-(
