They do have a few pre-built 'Create Your Taste' burgers you can choose from. Order from the touch screen kiosk, choose to Pay at Counter so you can then redeem the fries and Coke at the counter.

From what I can tell, if you make a burger that has already been created before, you get "free" fries and coke 100% of the time. If you make an actual unique burger you will get a message saying that it is unique but not a winner (and no fries/coke prize).
That's what you need to aim for, rather than just speeding through choosing a single bun with nothing on it and expecting to win a real prize.
Na, I've had 'unique but not a winner' heaps of times with the same combo I won 'fries and coke'.

According to the Terms and Conditions:
"Prizes will only be available to be won on randomly allocated promotional days. Entries received in a promotional day are only eligible for the prizes available during that promotional day"Maybe so far there haven't been any 'non-food prize' promo days.
So I've used the free fries and coke voucher twice and both times they messed up the order. The first time they had gotten some of the toppings confused between my mates order and mine and the second time two toppings were completely left off and the bun had been over toasted so changed the taste if the whole thing.
I had tried one when they first introduced create your taste and it had been really good but these last couple of times I noticed the patty looks smaller, the crispy bacon was just some burnt bacon bits and The mushrooms were like 2 small ones cut in half and look like they were thrown at the burger from across the room.Where did you find this bluedufflecoat??? Using it, I've successfully put together three burgers and won a $50 Westfield Card, a $25 Westfield Card and a single ticket to Hoyts!!! I tried the $1,000 Westfield card entries, but even though I know I've got the right combination, it only gives me Free Fries and Coke. Woohoo, I'll keep trying! ;) THANKS!!!
