    The Intel Z3735F is pretty powerful compared to most, plus you can get 1080p Netflix on Windows but not on most of the Android boxes.

      I don't care about 720 vs 1080 (damned internet is too slow in the evening anyway, because of …) but Android Netflix lacks surround sound and a decent user interface for a TV.

      But an even better HTPC solution would be Chromecast for Netflix, plus Android-Tv for Kodi.
