Refurbished wouldn't bother me. Shaver head and blades are definitely new. They must be from a 30day trial promotion

what about a cheeky hair behind the power button?

  • I have one which I bought for about $200 new from SS. It's been good so far, battery lasts well and it gives a pretty good shave. Would definitely recommend it for this price if you don't mind a bit of refurbished cooties :P

      Nah can't stand them

      • Yeah these never work for me. There's always a couple of hairs that they never get no matter how many times you go over the same area.

  • With Cashrewards 4% off, a 12 month warranty and the shaver head lasts for two years, this seems like a no brainer for me. I usually just use Mach 3 or Fusion but really have never owned a decent electric shaver so for the price I have ordered one.

I bought the Fusion 4 pack on sale for $15 to bump it up over $100 for free shipping :D

It says there are only 14 refurb ones available, and I got one of those so be quick.

I can't actually tell the difference between all the different Sensotouch 3D models. I think this one I bought is 9000 series? But I assume the one I ordered doesn't have an LCD display, travelling case or cleaning station. It does have chrome finish instead of plastic at least.

This is the best youtube video review of the Sensotouch I could find: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxIj_tP_5nw

  • If you have a small face like mine than these are crud.

I bought mine brand new from Target in Charlestown for $99

Can not stress strongly enough how unacceptable this company is.
They're on the borderline in breach of employment awards (direct from store managers and staff).
They do breach consumer law when it comes to honouring warranty. (forced me to deal directly with the manufacturer, as they outright refused to honour warranty).
Their pricing is insane expensive (price their stuff worldwide before buying).

    Avoid at all costs.
I can not in good conscience allow fellow member's not know this.
