540

Saw this today. Not a bad deal. Don't know when the sale ends though and I'm not sure if it's available anywhere else.

Thanks.

I was pretty disappointed by the amount of tarts I saw at the reject shop.

    • I'll be sure to wear my daisy dukes.

    • I dunno I'd pop a few of the tarts at Reject Shop Rundle Mall.

They had these last week at the Queen St store, lots o' strawberry left. They had Chocolate Fudge and Choc Chip Cookie Dough as well although they're probably gone by now (the good flavors :P).

Also available in Canberra. Great price.

  • I bought a pack of the Cookie Dough ones last week in Bunbury WA for $2. So looks like it's nation wide.

  • Yep, available in NSW too.

Great deal - just check the expiry, the boxes I checked expire within a month.

No problem, that shelf is a week's supply for me.

(is there high fructose corn syrup in the ones available in Australia?)

Do these taste any good? What are the best flavours?

I think they are ok. I like the apple ones best but strawberry is all that is available at my local reject shop so that is what I got this time.

      • Thanks Loulou

Should say though, they are very sweet.

May as well just have a handful of sugar between two bits of buttered bread.

Thats probably better for you too!

  • I saw this at Sunshine VIC on Friday, not sure if they still have them although there were plenty in stock when I was there. They had chocolate, strawberry, and cookie dough flavours. Dated early 2016.

  • Rejects from Woolworths and Coles? They thought they would win back the market by bringing two of the crap flavours to the local market again, but the US version (also made in the same factory) will always win.

Wait so what they are selling mixed market ones together Strawberry shown (Australia), Chocolate and Cookie Dough (Def USA)?

    • They had the 2 Aussie flavours and 3 USA flavours at my local. Quite fun to see the differences in packaging and ingredients.

I tried these the first time last week and I was quite disappointed by the amount of filling they actually have. Picture was quite misleading but hey, you can't win them all

  • not good for your liver…

First thing that popped into my head as well. Wait no it wasn't.

My local Drakes Iga at Parkinson (4115, Qld) has a mountain of these for around $1.45 for the 8 pack. They've been there for the last few weeks, and still at the same price as of today.

I had a box that expired over a year ago and nothing happened to me when I ate it.
These things are indestructable and so full of sugar and preservatives they'll be in perfect condition for your apocalypse bugout bunker.

  • Spotted in Adelaide too

  • Recently, I gave away about 20 boxes of mixed boxes. Strawberry, chocolate and cinnamon. Wish I found out about Ozbargain earlier cos I would've given them away here. I believe the cinnamon ones are not sold locally.

Long story short. I ordered about 25 boxes of these online as they where onsale for about $2.50 per box last yr and I used to love them as a kid. Don't know what happened but I opened one pack and was disappointed by the taste. I did not like them anymore. :( Was a regretful purchase and I purchased 25 boxes of them. lol Only positive to come out of me not liking the taste anymore is I am not eating so much sugar.

  • Also available at the Northland store!

  • $1.58 at supa iga. my kids are sick of pop tarts now

  • Excellent if you like sugar glued to sugar.

Had these in the US, way too sweet for me but are still delicious toasted.

  • Available in Moonee Ponds Vic store, 3 flavours, choc dough, choc fudge & strawberry

  • Spotted at Moonee Ponds too
