    hi,
    i wear size 11 UK shoes just fine, but that same 11 in my old ugg boots was quite loose.
    would a 10 UK be ok since they do stretch more than shoes?

    also for returns, is there a reasonably priced return shipping label we can pay you for, or are we to use aus post etc.? i remember the last time i sent a return to a shop it cost me almost $30 for a shoebox sized package :(

        Hey there rep, since the email is taking ages to get a response I'll just ask you here. Is there any difference between US 11 and US 12 in terms of the midsole? As the US 11 I received just fits me but the midsole is a bit too tight.

          Hey, Sorry about that, I will find out what is taking so long there to respond,

          To answer your question, between 1 size there isnt too much in it in the midsole, its more the length, but saying that they do stretch too, I would encourage you to wear them for half an hour or so just to see if that helps, if it still doesnt work let us know but it should do the trick.

          We dont have an option to put 2 codes in but we can do this over the phone for you if you like,

          The sizing for mittens is difficult to chart which is why we dont have a sizing chart, but if you pop in try on a par at the showroom and that would be the best way to see. We can also exchange these for you too so dont stress :)

      In the tall napas, we can do them in either black napa or choc napa.

    Has anyone actually received their Uggs yet? It's been a week and mine haven't even been posted. Noone has responded to emails… nothing.

    Their site states 3-5 biz days for delivery, so a week unfulfilled on top of that (so far) is pretty bad. Esp since it's the end of winter.

      The post did state that they were behind on orders. Mine shipped yesterday and I got them today.
      Though they're extremely snug so my usual size was way too small, going to have to exchange them :(

          yeah i thought about the stretching, but they're small to the point of my toe wanting to burst out the front, so don't want to risk them breaking. just sucks i'll have to pay at least an extra 10 bucks to swap them (more if they charge to reship too which i assume they will)

      they took a couple of days to reply to mine.

      though on the returns, i've worked out that using aus post satchels it's going to cost me almost $30 to exchange them (paying for both ways)

      oh well, guess i kinda expected it to be like this :(
      will most likely resell and try to break even, as they're just not good enough to be worth that extra money.
