I have used these before and they smell great but don't taste so great.

Woolworths sell this machine as do Harvey Norman and Officeworks.

Not a fan, I find the flavour quite unpleasant.
I would, however recommend Woolworths Macro brand Organic Fairtrade coffee capsules (work in Caffitaly machines), which have a nice, smooth flavour. Cost: Usually $6.99 for 16 capsules.
