This is the same model as posted by xyron here. Only somewhat cheaper ;)

Phone itself is $365, shipping to Melbourne is ~$25 (similar for other cities), then the coupon code "WB10" saves $10, which brings the total to $380.

I just purchased it myself, seems like a very good deal for a Snapdragon 810 processor. Should be the cheapest price online at the moment.

Specification:
Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 Octa-core 2.0 GHz
RAM: 2GB
Internal storage: 32GB
Display Type: Full HD P-OLED 5.5 inches 1920 x 1080
Screen pixel density: 403 ppi
Primary Camera: 13 Megapixel
Secondary: 2.1 Megapixel
Battery Capacity: 3000 mAh

Dimensions (L x H x W):
149.1 mm x 75.3 mm x 7.1-9.4 mm
Weight (with battery):
152 g

So cheap. Would have bought 1 if not have many phone already.

  • Wouldn't it be wise to pay $401 and buy from the other deal? Eglobal seem to have bad reviews..

    • +1

any link to the bad reviews? whirpool ? @ productreview.com.au they have more good than bad 4.4/5, so just curious as i'm interested in the phone. (trying to talk myself out of getting it :D

Read through some of the comments

        • basically crap after sales support, i would expect similar issues from any grey importer (i understand your point with the other seller better rep, but id still go in with low expectation when it comes to after sales support) :) which is why we pay less for the item, its a risk :)

    • I bought camera stuff from them, ship from HK but arrive in 3-5 business days to Melbourne.

  • $365 + $25 = $390

    • +2

"then the coupon code "WB10" saves $10" mind you haven't tried the code :)

        Ah, right, I stand corrected.

The one posted yesterday has 3GB Ram, my mate emailed them to confirm

  • Does anyone know what these would be like on Canadian carriers?

I'll be moving over there for 6-12 months and need something to replace my beloved LG G3 D855 which will apparently be pretty useless for 4G.

    • Pretty much anything that is good for Europe and Asia (which is what we use here) is not gonna be very useful for North America, just a sad truth. There are exceptions though, just not many. I'd suggest you lookout for cheap at&t refurb phones (recently saw htc one m8 for like us$300 on ebay) which should work fine on Rogers and Fido (3G of at&t works better on these two).

  • I think T Dimension pays postage when we make warranty claims. Read their FAQ.

I too would still rather buy from T-Dimension given my good experience with them already - but a $21 saving is hard to ignore!

(obviously not relevant anyway if you were going for the red one)

    • eGlobal Australia do offer free return postage once the warranty claim confirm faulty.

Think i might wait to see what the Nexus 5 2015 looks like…

    • Same here, its getting closer by the day, IMO, this price makes the moto g gen 3 seem a tad pricey. Granted that will be local stock versus import.

  • The s810 had a bad rep for overheating and throttling.

  • I got it for $415 last month and I thought it was cheap, thinking of getting another one.

    • Hey mate..did you notice any lags or over heating?

      • No, it is smooth, much better than my old LG G2. It does get heat up but don't think it is that much difference from other phones when you open too many apps or playing games. Mine is on 5.1.1 and get Antutu score of between 44000 to 52000 roughly. I would definitely recommend it based on this price, if it is $600, then that will be a difference story.

        • i would like to ask will it be very hot if i read a novel in this phone for 1 to 2 hours?
          thanks

        • @ak47992: If you just open one app to read, I don't think so but I am not a reading person. I watch youtube for few hours and it is fine, it does warm up to 30+ degree but never hit 40 degree so far. I did install a battery monitor apps GSam Battery Monitor which tell me how is the battery doing and the temperature.

        • @stargalaxy:
          Thank you so much, Stargalaxy

        • I get 52k on note 4. I thought this phone would be around 60k. I guess they downclock the processor to prevent overheating.

        • Thanks mate.

    • Wait, how has nobody asked stargalaxy to confirm whether his is 2GB or 3GB of RAM? Can you check please mate and mention where you got it from. Cheers

      • +2

It is 2GB RAM and got it from T-Dimension, same model H959 model, I was trying to get a 3GB RAM one as well but check ebay, no one is selling the 3GB RAM one. Anyway, it is smooth enough for me but if you open too many apps at same time, it may be an issue for some. Android is really bad at this RAM management vs IOS.

  • Is this no longer available for $365? The price in the link now shows $372.

  • Should I get this LG Flex 2, Asus zenfone 2 or HTC Desire 816G or other? Thanks!

    • I have the G Flex2 and Zenfone2 4GB, get the G Flex2 unless u need dual sim, it is just much nicer and more comfortable to hold as it is a lot shorter than the Asus.

    • i dont know the asus zenfone well, i would go with the flex 2, based on experience with lg G2

    • Thanks for the reply
So how do you think LG Flex 2 compares with LG G3?

I also found that the LG Flex 2 32GB is $366 + ~$20 postage on android-enjoyed. Any one has bought stuff from them? Are they reliable? Thanks :)

      http://www.android-enjoyed.com/lg-g-flex-2-32gb-4g-lte-black…

      • http://www.productreview.com.au/p/android-enjoyed.html …. errr even worse than eglobal who are worse than t-dimension … :)

        • I personally will never buy anything from android enjoyed, bought from T-Dimension and Eglobal before and I would rate T-Dimension higher than Eglobal in term of speed of delivery.

      • Oh I see… thanks for the valuable comment. I'll stay clear from them!

  • Sooo tempted right now… MUST HOLD for the new (LG) Nexus 5!

  • I'd be sold if only I could find a dual sim version ! Bought dual sim moto g 3rd off eBay , just demanded refund because he said 3 weeks shipping. Want a good dual sim, will wait for local moto g or xperia m5. Love the waterproof. Any suggestions much appreciated.

  • Has anyone tested the Quick Charge function with a compatible charger? Does it live up to its word?

  • Did anyone end up buying one? I am still on the fence…
