1GB RAM? Is that enough for Windows phones? I guess these are budget phones.

1gb is enough for for windows phones like it is enough for iphone 6s. they are a lot faster and more optimised than android.
WP uses less RAM, and Android try to use as much RAM as possible (it's just a different approach).
I will mention this though, Windows Phone limit what runs on the background a lot more than Android, hence uses less resources overall.In my opinion, WP runs fine on 1GB RAM. Many aspects has been tailored for 1GB RAM, whether that is good or bad really depends on how you see it. You can easily call it a limited OS or an optimised OS (it's mixture of both IMO). More RAM would probably be nicer, Windows 10 Mobile is going towards 1GB RAM as a minimum spec (looking at Lumia 640 and other low spec Lumias that's coming out).

Yes 1gb is fine on windows phone with 720p screen. You don't need 2gb until you get the highest resolution phones like the 1520 or 930. My concern with these phones is the s400 SoC they use.
I have a Nokia Lumia 1320 coming from all the big name android phones.And yes 1 gig ram is enough for windows phone it runs as quick as android with extra ram nobody utilises there power in there chips better than windows.

Yes good value for 2015 model, Will be fine for normal use but if your a gamer you will want a 100hz TV

Also I went to windows from from android and there are more things that I like than things that I miss. The battery life on my 735 is super.
They won't be crap for gaming just some people like 100hz for gaming, personally a 50hz works fine for me
