  Our family saw the show in March in Melbourne and we loved it.

  This sounds like a good offer for those who haven't bought their tickets yet, but not fair to the ones who bought soon after the first emails about the show. Rewards shoud be given to the loyal customers who buy first, not as a carrot for those who were late to get tickets.

  I also find it curious that you posted the offer here first but my email offer direct from you didn't arrive until 7 hours after the deal was posted.
