WA stock: Limited stores for the 8.4" and none for the 10.5".
I paid just under $400 for the 8.4" last month at Officeworks (price matched). Shame I can't use my Price Protection.
Very few places are still selling these. Let alone the 32GB or Bronze versions.
I decided to get the Tab S2 - though this one was my initial choice on the eBay sale.

I bought the 10.5" a few months ago as the replacement will be ipad size.
I find the finger-print scanner useless. What do others think of the finger-print scanner?
I find its faster than typing in a password. Once I realised I can press down hard on the home button and swipe down, it works fine with mine and my partners finger print.
I find it tells me to swipe the whole area or swipe faster. I don't press particularly hard, maybe I should?
When you set it up, it asks you if you want to enhance it by scanning your finger more times in different angles. This way it will have more copies of your finger and possibly scan better. If you go back into the scanner settings you can undertake more scans of your finger. You can also add other fingers (handy in case you lose one).

i just got the 8 inch wifi version for $204 from Officeworks after they priced matched the dick smith offer with the 20% discount on Ebay and then added then 5% price guarantee at Officeworks
Does anyone know if there is a similar deal available for the titanium bronze coloured version of this tablet?
