    After the countless calls and complaints I went through just to get my order delivered (about 2-3 months later than promised), it's safe to say I won't be ordering anything from Freedom in the near future.

      Had the same experience with Freedom, and when we finally did receive the order in dribs and drabs (spent $8500 to furnish a lounge/TV room, dining room and outdoor entertainment area - much on 'sale'), a number of items were damaged and the quality is quite poor. Wish I had saved the $$$ and just went with something like IKEA furniture (which we ended up doing for our sons room), which I think has superior quality and MUCH cheaper.

    freedom's stuffs are so massively overpriced..probably marked up by 100% ..so paying $99 to get 30%…no thank you!

    i bought 2 for the price of 1, 3 seaters leather sofa for $1500, and so far nothing can beat that price for the quality of the sofa and the style.

      Same. I previously had ikea sofa's, they lasted a short 12 months before dramatically sagging. The Freedom Anderson sofa's have been going great for 2.5 years now. With that deal they cost the same as ikea, look better, have washable covers and are a better build.

      I also purchased a solid chestnut tv unit (I purchased $1200 worth of their 50 dollar gift cards which were on sale for 15% off at bigw) and picked it up from their warehouse myself - no hassles.
