    It usually takes 3-5 business days before the voucher is sent via email.

        The last voucher that was distributed had no minimum spend, so it should be the same but I'm not 100% sure.

          @electricbluee: You should be able but then online purchases have a shipping fee so unless you're spending more than the limit, it's probably better to come to a store.

          @electricbluee:The numbers on the top barcode (starts with EV) = the voucher number, the numbers on the bottom barcode (starts with HO)= the store reference number. Select "Gift Voucher" when you're at the checkout.

          @electricbluee: I'm not sure since the head office is off work on Weekends. I'm really surprised that you guys didn't get the voucher. I think for now you should email [email protected]. and ask them about it and what they can do for you.

    I use to like Rivers Rewards until they changed the way they were rewarded. It use to be that I could claim them when I was ready to use them, but now they are printed off as soon as you reach redemption level, and then you have to return and buy within a short period of time or it expires. Not good.

    I have registered for the loyalty program, and signed in on their website.
    Now when I go to order I have to enter all my details again.
    Only takes credit cards, no paypal.
    And the secure server symbol (https) is crossed out.
    Still no welcome voucher.
    Fail.
    No thanks.

          Mine doesn't mention online at all. All it says is redeemable at all rivers stores.

          In the checkout screen. Try using the coupon code field. I tried the voucher and it said I needed to spend $15. Bah.. I'm taking mine in store.

    Can anyone post an image of the barcode? My email came through as unreadable. It's got a couple of links in it but no link to an image of a barcode. I want to use the voucher instore as I have a Rivers close by.

      I got a second email from the loyalty program which was also unreadable, however the $10 voucher was attached as a PDF so I was able to use it instore yesterday. I got $11 worth of socks for $1 after using the voucher. I was hoping to get them for free but the multibuy with the socks worked differently to the way a supermarket multibuy works.
