      Before posting I went through few posts and a Forum question on Ozbargain in regards to Product key finder, few of them had suggested different Programs but all of them were either paid versions or were having very limited functionality in comparison with this Product. Can you please share the link on which product do you think is better, it can surely be helpful to all of us over here. Thanks.

        idk about anyone else but Belarc is what i used multiple times for various programs and it has never failed me.

        Magical Jellybean keyfinder is free and does basic stuff.
        Older versions of SIW free were good, it does temps and a lot of other system details.

    Don't bother. All Windows 10 that have been upgraded are using the genetic serial number. The unique stuff is what is stored on their activation server.

    Btw.. These jet finding told ate almost always free. It is also important to note that since the last Windows and office (8.1 and 2013), the keys ate no longer kept on the local pc. Only a hash of it with the last five digits are stored. You can't retrieve it without going to Microsoft. Going to neg this. Sorry

      Windows 7 still has 60% market share.
      Windows XP has 15%.

      Not everyone has Windows 10…

      Windows 8.1 key is definitely on the PC locally either in your registry or embedded into your BIOS. Both are recoverable.

      Office key is only unavailable if you have Office 365 as the install is virtualised away from your system.

    Hopefully copying the folder onto a USB is enough like magic jelly bean. They do say that their portable version is in the much more expensive version.

    Also scans the network for keys.

    Is this app safe? How do we know it does not grab your keys and send them to their server?
