Went into Target for the gaming clearance(Link) and noted they had Magic the Gathering boosters and Intro packs marked down as well. My local had Khans of Tarkir, Fate Reforged and Dragons of Tarkir boosters marked down to $3 while they also had intro packs for Core 2015 at $10 and Dragons of Tarkir for $15
