What if the glass lens is scratched? Would I have any comeback with JB?

I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Every lens I have seen on display at JB has been coated with finger prints and scratches.
I'd imagine it would be a nightmare trying to take this up with JB if you received lenses in bad condition.

yeh looks like a few of the cameras from their last clear out are back on, but very low stock.
I got the LX7 Last time and it is a brilliant smallish camera for $209. same price back then as it is now .. ex display, but mine was in perfect condition

Anything less than ~200 is brand new. Those were factory test shots. More than that then it's an ex-demo. Still a bargain though.
