Check out the hero 4 session. More compact, lighter and non bulky profile. Doesnt do 4k but not a deal breaker.

I just bought it now on Ebay. One question though, as a Cashrewards newbie, I've not used the program before and had some trouble with it. Once logging into the Cashrewards website and clicking through to the ebay store, then Dick Smith… the GoPro was nowhere to be found in the store. I had to open a separate ebay window not going through Cashrewards to find the $399 GoPro 4 Silver. Do they hide clearance items or something? What did I do wrong, just so I can get the rewards next time?

Cashrewards still it's a mistery to me… sometimes it works, some times doesn't… My first 5 things bought through them were ok, but the last 3, even though I was doing the same thing didn't work.

I missed out the fathers day ebay sale a few weeks ago. Good guys had it at $475 and add another 20% making it at $380-ish which was good too.
Has been $344 and $319 + $50 voucher before in previous eBay deals and will be cheaper in the future.
The question is whether you are prepared to wait for a better deal or snap it up at this price.

The GoPro Hero 5 series is rumoured to launch by end of this year or early next, and most of the Hero 4s (especially those from eBay sellers) are existing stock they're getting rid of. This is an okay price, but not the best. I suspect the Silver'll reach the $300 magic mark soon.
Yup I managed to cop one of those $344 GroupBuy ones from Bing Lee. Was pretty happy with that price.
Also the Hero 5 release has now apparently been pushed back to early 2016. But that's not too far away anyway.

Been waiting for this one for a while now. Must use the $50 ebay voucher on a 64gb sd card to make the most of the deal. The new 64gb Sandisk Ultra with 80 / 50 mb/s should do quite nicely.

Anyone know if chain stores typically use the same ABN? If I bought this online and wanted to combine it with an in-store Dick Smith purchase (in Melbourne, for example) for the tourist tax refund scheme, would they likely have the same ABNs?
It's not just the same Abn, it should be on the same receipt.
