      Agreed. No PayPal no buy from me. Learnt from previous deal for, Macpac - open backend, many reported to have unauthorised transaction after purchase.

    Since I'm bored and insomniac enough to be posting here, I'll assume you're just inexperienced and starting off rather than dodgy, and give some unrequested advice.

    • no PayPal no go for sites shipping from Asia for most ozbargain users. I know it's a pain for sellers, but you have to suck it up or lose business.

    • there is literally no information about your company or you on your website. No about page, no contact page, no name of business entity. We don't expect 24x7 call centers buying from online dollar shops, but some information and prominent contact forms / email support links are the bare minimum.

    • the .com.au domain doesn't make you trustworthy, anyone can and does get that for a couple of dollars. In fact it's just dodgy when the item is clearly shipped from overseas and you're not dealing with an Australian business entity.

    • generic Oral-B clones are not the best way to build trust with a community as a first deal - they tend to be 'get what you paid for'. Try LED torches :-) Look up banggood's deals and rep posts here, they are probably as close as you can be to an exemplary dollar shop. At ozbargain we welcome competition, but amateurishness won't get you far.

      also agree re .com.au. there is also only one -mart that we shop in Australia, ie Kmart, because it is cheap. Any -mart would be like cheaper in quality.

    Ive tried some aftermarket heads before and ended up throwing them out as the bristles were too hard for my liking.

    I have no interest in after market heads after all the complaints I've heard from people with them.
