You have done better than me - DHL found the tracking number but the phone hasn't even been collected yet. The shipment has been requested but they haven't even scheduled the collection… I guess I won't be getting it anytime soon.
Mine is showing exactly same status.. Even though DHL tracking says Tues delivery I think most likely it will be delivered on Mon… For my black mobile DHL site was saying Wed delivery but got delivered on Tues, they suddenly updated status on Tues and delivered immediately when they received it here. Fingers crossed for Mon delivery now..
@mitchiti: Mine is the same as yours. Status on ebay got updated to Sent on Oct 5 but after calling DHL for my tracking number today it still says that the shipment has been requested but the phone hasn't been handed over to DHL yet.
I emailed Ella to find out why it was marked as Sent at the start of the week but it is still in the warehouse. I understand that they have had some issues since the typhoon but I still think it should not have been marked Sent when it clearly hasn't left the warehouse yet.
So i purchased a red G4 on Wednesday about 3pm and i recieved my tracking.

but would it be delivered tomorrow?DHL delivered the parcel to Australia Post in Melbourne on Monday Morning at 7.00AM so they can transfer it into my Parcel Locker.
But of course the Australia Post takes several days to transfer it inside of Melbourne from their center into the Parcel Locker. Estimated Delivery Thursday, 15th October… Thats nearly longer then DHL took from Taiwan to Melbourne…

I just posted back my faulty LG G4 (Red leather) to their Sydney warehouse. I received it earlier this week and it would not read any Oz sim card, i'm thinking maybe it was network locked.
Hope they send me a new one that works, I have already lost $25 for postage and $10 for the glass screen protector which is gone with the phone..
I'm hating this already…
Always apply the protector after you have tested the phone, that's what I do anyway.
Also I think Paypal can refund the return postage if you have activated the offer, the offer has been there for a while now… if you didn't activate the offer then you're out of luck.
What offer? Do you have a link for it?
Just search PayPal shipping refund… There should be a link directly to PayPal. Hopefully you took photos of the package and everything and still have receipt because grata what they need for refund.
Got mine delivered on 8th after being listed as sent on 4th Oct. Really nice and light phone, does get a bit warm when watching videos and battery drains quickly when using 4G. Good to see 4G+ sign as well, I'm getting better coverage at my place as compared to Nexus 5. Hopefully battery is better on WiFi as I only upgraded due to battery drainage. The AU Plug which came with LG charger is loose and doesn't fit in any socket.
EDIT: I had to ask seller for tracking # and they replied with it next day.
Mine arrived today. It feels like a big step up from my Huawei g526. I used that one for calls, text & gps. I feel like I should be installing stuff but I don't know what.
Does anyone have any problems with the phone not being turned on after updating? I was charging the phone (stupidly using the cheap Chinese charger they provided) and the phone died on my after 1 hour of updating. Now I can't even turn on the phone cos it looks like the battery is not charging or the phone being dead. Now may need to send the phone to the sydney warehouse.
can you try charging your phone with another adaptor?
I tried a few adapters and that didn't work. I even bought a new battery and initially it turned on and 20 secs later it was shut down. It's definitely the phone. First phone that failed on me and its brand new. Will send it off to the Syndey warehouse next week and hopefully they get it sorted it. It is such a shame cos i was looking forward to upgrading from a note 3. Oh well, bad luck I guess. Just wondering, i gave them a positive feedback on Ebay, will that effect me if they refuse to fix the phone or give me a refund? Hope everyone else is enjoying their brand new phone. Cheers
I checked the cheapo AU charger that was supplied with mine on an oscilloscope the 5 volt (if we can call it that) was so dirty it made cry, STRAIGHT TO THE BIN, there this a chance that it might have damaged the charging circuit on your phone I dunno why they even bothered with that charger argh.
An adapter would have been cheaper and safer…
Not to mention the charger could barely take 1 amp before dropping it's voltage let alone the 1.8 rated amp hahahaha

Does anyone able toget 4g pluson optus network? I am in perth not sure if 4gplus in my area.
I canget 4g on 1800 freq. Wheniforce it on band 28 suppose to be 700mhz in engeering mode there is no signal at all.I get can get signal when forced it to only use 1800mhz, same when forced it to use 700mhz as well. I'm in Sydney CBD though, also on the optus network.
I still haven't received any tracking no. and still no packages arrived from DHL… msged the seller and still no response… alittle dissapointed.
I have ordered my red G4 on Wednesday.:(

Basically G4 has a better screen and camera, and flex 2 has a better CPU (or worse, depending on how you look at it), but overall the two are really similar, if camera is important to you though - go with the G4.
Flex 2 is roughly $80 Aussie dollars cheaper.
Been using it all weekend so great in looks and performance. Anyone know if quick remote will work with kogan? Definitely not in the list, anyone tried this? Edit: just saw learn mode, trying it out. Nope that didn't work.
Just an update I purchased a red g4 on the last day of the eBay sale and only just now I received tracking info mind you the seller marked out as posted as of the 5th. Still in Taiwan
Exactly the same as me. A bit disappointed by the lack of communication, I don't mind that things get delayed, but at least a response to my messages telling me what's going on would be nice.
And apparently it's now been collected by DHL! Still nothing from QD, but hopefully now on it's way, scheduled for delivery by COB Wednesday.

I've had mine set to Sent since Oct 5 and called DHL last week to find out that it still is at "Shipment information recevied".
Got an eBay update yesterday of "Delivery in Progress" but still nothing has changed on my DHL tracking.
I even had to get the tracking number myself from DHL.
I rang DHL, but they couldn't find my details from the system… asked me to get the tracking no. from the sender.
This is getting annoying..

1 PieceI got my phone yesterday and the battery life is much better than the G4 I bought from Kogan. Very happy with the phone….Hope you guys will receive yours soon. One more thing, my package was opened and I think they removed the extra back cover by opening it as there was a considerable amount of empty space inside the package.
Got mine on last Friday. Fully sealad package, no chinese apps.

Received mine on the 16th so far I'm quite impressed with the phone great camera and performance, so far my phobe has been on for 18 hours and is at 31%， screen on time has been 2.5 hours. So far really happy with purchase received a red leather one that came sealed with a 2900mah battery and a cheap converter. Im just going to stick with my tablet asus nexus 7 charger
Guys, You know you can just grab a pair of flyers and tweek the plug prongs to the right angle for Australian plugs right.. I've been doing this for years with no dramas at all.
I do this with all my US plugs… haven't burnt down the house yet ;)

sounds like a great solution. however it won't go all the way into the wall socket right? left with a tiny gap of 3mm?
You can get it better than that. Use bigger pliers right up against the plastic, and you will get the charger flush. Less chance of little fingers and stuff getting in there!
@demod: I just tried it but can't go flush. has a gap of 3-4mm. Will do fine for now but might do it again if i found my large plier
PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: G4 Cheap Bumper Case - AU$2.52
I'm also the guy who breaks a lot of phones, so with this I went with a tempered glass screen protector (I don't really know if it will help in a drop?), and I wanted some type of bumper case, so not to hide the beautiful brown leather back… I ordered this one (in red) the same day the same day I ordered the phone (30/09) and the estimated delivery was 22/10 - 03/11. So I was a bit shocked when it arrived today (earlier than the earliest estimated date), and was so please with it, I have just ordered a second one in black. Best $2.52 case I have ever purchased.
I'm not going to deliberately try it, but I am confident it will be safe in a fall.PS It is just a Bumper, no clear back like some "bumper" cases.

For those who bought the TAGGSHIELD bumper, did you have any issues with the case? Mine is split open from one side after barely a month use.
