      This is getting old

      • Haha, must be slow news day at OB.

Edit: I am running the older Sandisk Ultra Plus 256GB SSD. Damn it is fast :)

The comment on the item on their site as below:

EOL note: These is CLEARANCE Product on Limited quantity(normally less than 5) while stock lasts which available on a first-come, first-serve basis, they will vary in condition and it might be an Ex-Demo or damaged packaging.

  • this is only about a $10 saving since the drive can be bought cheaper elsewhere.

    • yeah but that free 64Gb SD doe

The Logitech G710+ Mechanical KB for $114 is a good price and definitely the cheapest compared to StaticICE, though not the lowest OzB has seen so far ($104 at the start of the year). Hard to believe I payed $117 for it 2 years ago; the pricing history for this model has been quite bizarre, not to mention Logitech's RRP for the G710+ is insane.

Great keyboard though, my mini-review here if anyone's interested.

I think you replied to the wrong thread haha :P

I think you didn't open the flyer link. There's a G710+ on that list of clearance items.

    • Thanks for the post. I will grab one of these if it's available with red backlighting

      • Only has white backlighting on the keys

      • Nope and never will be, HOWEVER, you can order red LED covers for the keyboard though that will negate the savings.

Decent price on the G930's. Great headset when I used it and will probably grab another one once this current set die

    • Do you have technical issue's with these headphones?
My friend has connection problems sometimes at the least.
I have the corded G35 and get loud static regularly :(

I am waiting for the ASUS ROG headphones with 10 speakers (next year release)…mmmmmm

P.S. Any cheap Seagate 8TB drives around? lol

      http://www.shoppingexpress.com.au/09102015/Storage_Sale#desk…

Says $315 (Free delivery for next 3 day) but come up as $325 when you click on link ???

      • I used the G930's for 2-3yrs until they failed due to battery issues I think. Never had connection issues. I'm actually using the G430's right now and they're great, but I miss the wireless factor of the 930's. Also no G-keys on these but other than that same as G35's afaik.

  • Oh boy, SSD are becoming really affordable. Maybe if I cut down on my 3 meals of instant noodles, then I might be able to lose weight and be able to afford an SSD in the near future.

    • What does losing weight have to do with saving money?

      • +2

Cut down my 3 meals to 2, and save myself $1 per day and -400 kcalories. In 3 months I will be able to afford this SSD. Maybe sooner, if SSD prices come down further.

    Any graphic card deals?

  • is the keyboard mk550 any good? Has anyone used that before?

    • +2

Hello h4zey, I own this keyboard, and it is pretty good.

      Good deal original poster +1.

      Thank you.

      • Thanks Saty, how would you compare this with MX800? I heard a lot of good things about MX800 but i missed out on the deal a while back..

  • Good price for the Z601's I'd say. Analog only but pretty damn decent. I paid 109 for mine and am very happy with them.

Grabbed the SSD and put my old one in one of the Hotway enclosures. I ran a speed test on the old SSD (over USB3) and it was 421MB/s write, 430MB/s read. Not bad at all!
