I've said in the past… A sample of formula is absolutely pointless. You can not tell a thing about how a baby's and/or toddler's body will react to just the one feed!

    • I tried a previous sample of this and it was enough to see my toddler refuse to drink it.
From memory this is advised for children over 12 months and doesn't have a long expiry (6 months?) So may not be suitable if your child is still very small or in progress.

      • Yeah, I'm sure there's a reason for some to go onto a #3 formula, but by that stage of development a child can easily digest regular cows milk.

Why not Pincher dads as well … ?

As a dad, you just get used to the sexism!

    • The dads probably don't have visitation rights and are paying child support.

  • Nestle turned me off their brand when I discovered their practice of 'giving away' free sample packs of their milk to mothers in third-world countries - just enough to stop mothers lactating and then get them 'hooked' on the product leading to huge costs and worse health all-round (except to Nestle's bank balance).

    • Yes, I have heard the same thing from a reputable source.
I also went off Nestle after their NAN HA Gold saga 3 years ago where they originally tried denying changing the ingredients after parents started complaining about their baby's reactions. It took 1 parent to go very public about it in the media for them to actually recall the product and revert back to the old ingredients.
