    WARNING!

Be VERY careful when buying XIAOMI items from Tmart.

Tmart are still selling counterfeit Xiaomi 5000mAh Power Banks - that were reported months ago.

    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/197734

The only action they took after this was reported was to slightly modify the item's title/description - and, to edit the pictures used for the Silver Power Bank, in order to remove the false "Mi" branding and the incorrect text on the rear of the Power Bank. They have not yet edited the pictures used for the other colours.

    http://www.tmart.com/XIAOMI-5000mAh-Power-Bank-Portable-Char…

They also reject reviews that reveal that these Power Banks are counterfeits, and that they are not 5000mAh capacity.

When caught out for selling these counterfeits, Tmart will only offer to give a refund in the form of 'points' AND will still insist that the fakes are returned.

If you are quick, you can buy these from a much more reliable supplier for just 26 cents more.

Will see how long they take.

AllBuy have improved their delivery times by working with a new 'delivery partner'. It will still take a couple of weeks I think.

        • @holden93: sorry . it`s our bad. we will do it good next time , and we will share more big discounts

        • @A3Australia: my last delivery from Allbuy took a month (arrived last week).

          @fishism007:

my last delivery from Allbuy took a month (arrived last week).

Who was the carrier? (Overseas I mean).

They say deliveries should take 12-25 days (business days).

I have been lucky recently with deliveries taking 15-18 days.

You must have been unlucky at 24-25 days.

Here is what AllBuy say regarding delivery:-

"After confirming your orders,we usually will ship orders out within 3 working days. The actual delivery time mainly depends on your local logistics. From our experience, the estimated delivery time is 7-14 days. But for some remote areas,it may take 14-25 working days."

        • @A3Australia: POS Laju Malaysia. The tracker update once at the beginning and then just bloody sat there.

I recon mine came via sea rather than air.

all your fault for posting that link.

114 emails sorry 1 more just came 115 shipping notification emails so far.

This happened to you how do i stop it?

        • @holden93: haha same - 413 emails so far.

        • @parker2004au:Im still getting them
          im up to 433

        • @holden93:

          Hi holden93 and parker2004au,

No I only ever received one message per shipment. I have only made a couple of orders from AllBuy in the past.

I am waiting to order some of these -

          https://www.allbuy.com/detail/JUSTONE-Aluminum-Alloy-6000mAh…

When they price match/beat the Tmart price.

I have noticed that the parcel/tracking just disappears for a while after it reaches the depot or whatever it is in Melbourne, but then it gets delivered after a week or so.

we promise the earphone is orginal . and 100% Guarantee or Full Refund promised.

Hmmm… So, what about the counterfeit Xiaomi Power Banks that you sold?

The refund there was only offered:-
      1) If the fakes were returned at the buyer's cost.
      2) In the form of Tmart Points - not real money.

Then when that offer was refused, and a PayPal case opened for SNAD (significantly not as described).
You ignored the case and PayPal's messages.
      Until PayPal refunded the buyers.

Can you also please reassure us about the authenticity of your other branded products?

      • -2

        of course

        • +1

          of course

Leaving the false "100% Guarantee or Full Refund" promise aside for the moment.

Will these Piston III earphones come in the full Xiaomi packaging WITH the anti-counterfeiting label. Buyers can then check the Serial Number on the Xiaomi site.

        • +1

Thank you. So can you please explain why the Power Banks member Leftdrop refers to were not authentic? If you cannot do that personally, please encourage a senior colleague to come to this thread and explain. I am sure you understand the importance of reputation and buyer confidence.

        • @PJC: i am strange that there have someone who trust him . let him show the link ,his order number to make sure he isnot work for allbuy . seems so many people donot like the deal and very angry with it . just caml down . you can tell the better product ,better price . we can provide it for you .

we never provide the deal of xiaomi power bank on OZ. YOU CAN CHECK IT .

        • @PJC: I have just realised I should have typed "… member A3Australia refers to …"

        • @Leftdrop: Calm down? I asked you quite decently to explain why the Power Banks A3Australia received from you were not authentic. Neither you nor any of your several hundred colleagues replied for well over 5 hours. Are you really sure I have not been calm? He has been an OzBargain member for longer than most of us and I have no reason to doubt him. Nobody claimed either you or one of your numerous co-workers posted that deal on OzBargain.

        • @PJC:
Be calm dowen. everyone have their duty. post on OZ is my job . i never post xiaomi power bank on OZ . if he really bought from us. he can contact our servier.
do you think he is right that he posted here and influnce my job ?
Job is not easy for any of us

        • @Leftdrop: Yes, he has every right to post here, unless Moderators rule otherwise. Can you explain why PayPal refunded him? As the designated Store Rep, you could try being more helpful.

You have not even gone to the link I posted and read the comments, have you?

Tmart delivered several counterfeit Xiaomi Power Banks.

You still have the fakes on your site. Look at the other link I posted.

do you think he is right that he posted here and influnce my job ?

Yes, because Tmart has sold fake Xiaomi products in the past AND is still doing so.

Job is not easy for any of us

You make your job difficult by ignoring both the facts and the 'hard' questions.

        • @Leftdrop:

we never provide the deal of xiaomi power bank on OZ. YOU CAN CHECK IT .

My goodness you are such a fool. I posted a link in my first comment.

          "XIAOMI 5000mAh Lithium-Polymer Power Bank from Allbuy/Tmart US$9.98 (AU$13 Via PayPal) Delivered"

          https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/197734

I was the fool who posted it as a bargain.

          "Tmart's items confirmed as fakes.
Not even the same size as the genuine Xiaomi.
          Assembled the opposite way around.
No MI brand on the USB Port.
          Micro USB Port not white.
          Round button.
          Wrong cable.
          Crazy wrong packaging.
          No authentication label.
          No writing on base.
          Wrong printing on rear."

      • +1

Can you also please reassure us about the authenticity of your other branded products?

I suggest that you do what I did after I received the counterfeit Xiaomi Battery Packs.

Search on "Tmart" and "fakes" or "counterfeits".

It was not a 'one off' event - and with only a slight modification of the listing, Tmart are still selling the fake Power Banks.

        • -1

How much you bought it ? there have the word "orginal" on the title ? show the link please …

        • +1

          @Leftdrop:

How much you bought it ? there have the word "orginal" on the title ? show the link please …

          ARE YOU SERIOUS?

You can't really be this stupid, or can you?

I POSTED THE BLOODY LINK TWICE!

The Tmart fakes were priced at USS$9.98 - the same price as the genuine items from AllBuy.com

You have changed the title AND the description used to claim that these items were original/genuine (whatever) XIAOMI Power Banks. AND you edited the photos of the first colour shown - the silver one - to remove the "Mi" brand name, and to remove the text on the rear of the Power Banks.

This can also be confirmed by the other OzBargain buyers.

You neglected to edit the photos of the other colours - obviously because the rest of your Tmart 'team' are as stupid as you.

You also left the pictures of the genuine Xiaomi Power Bank in the description section.

All can see that the fakes/counterfeits have a round on/off button, while the genuine Xiaomi shown in the description pictures has an elliptical (oblong) shape button.

Also the configuration of ports etc. on the fake units is upside down when compared to the genuine article.

You and the business you work for would have done better to admit the mistake early on, and to graciously offer refunds. You can blame your suppliers, do whatever you want. We know that you knew what you were doing and that you thought that in the majority of cases you would get away with your deception.

  • +2

I would warn anyone buying from them, they don't have stock on hands. See how easy they increase their inventories? I bet in those 20 minutes they just set their webpage to unlimited number of stock.

    • -1

no . we have stocks now . we can contact the supplier soon , no worry about it . we are big company

      • +3

Promise you are not lying? And how big is your company?

        • -1

just hundreds of people in our company

        • @Leftdrop: This conversation made me LOL. Thank you.

        • +1

          @Leftdrop:

ust hundreds of people in our company

          And what company is that?

I see that you use privacy protection so that we don't know who registered and owns the Tmart.com domain.

    • +2

Update QUANTITY = 99999999 from STOCK where DESCRIPTION = "Original Xioami Pistons"

  • +1

I am negging due to non-explanation (from any of the "just hundreds of people in our company") of counterfeit branded goods, resulting in lack of buyer confidence. This is unfortunate, since I recall the first time Tmart offered something on OzBargain, and Piston earphones have acquired a good reputation.
