Ritz Shoe Cabinet $59.99 @ ALDI Stores

141

It's a bargain for a budget shoe cabinet. It can hold up to 18 pairs of shoes. 3 front opening doors with an extra top drawer. Comes in Black and White.
By the way, please don't neg this deal just because when you come to the Aldi store you can't find any stock or right color. Aldi close to my place opened 8:30am this morning. I got there about 8:40am. About 6-7 White color shoe cabinets had already been sold.

Updates: Guys PLEASE try to call your locate store(s) and check whether they got stock or not before you heading there. A few Ozbargains have wasted their time coming to a store with no more stock… :(

  • Is there a one drawer version for boots & thongs?

    • I think it could only fit maybe one pair of boots since the drawer isn't that big. But you could store at least 4-6 pair of thongs I believe..

  • We have a couple of the ikea versions of this. Can't comment on the quality of these ones but the concept is really good. Great way to keep the shoes nice and neat!

  • Out of stock at our local ALDI on Centre Road

          I was just trolling.

  • All gone from burwood and box hill… These were quite popular!

  • As I did mentioned on my post. Just imagine from the opening hours 8:30am this morning. In just 10 mins they nearly sold 10 units. Now the time is 3:48pm. Its not a surprise they are empty of stock.

  • possible to find any pics of how it opens up or how much space is inside?

  • Have visited 5-6 stores , none have it.
Especially around point cook and sunshine.
Was hoping any ozb member can buy 2 whites for me when you see it please?
The amount of time and fuel spent to visit aldi, it's not worth it, but the hunting release the dopamine haha

    • Within a 25km radius I have like 6-7 Aldi stores, but from my place to your place won't be any "bargain" to travel. I live in Sydney.. :(

    • Call them, and they should tell you stock levels in your area.

      • HQ cannot check stock if it's sale item (especially on the day when item sale on Wed or Saturday).

        • Instead of driving around, wasting fuel and energy. I always call early the next day, they update the system at night and I get pretty accurate info.

I got one of these today - be warned the shoe space is tight so you do have to jam larger shoes into the draws. If your shoe size if bigger than 9 you will probably be struggling to fit them in to the draws.

    • True that the shoe spaces look a bit to small for large shoes. I got one myself. But I got small size shoes so I got no problems. I suggest if with large sizes shoes, you have to leave one or more of those 3 doors open without the panels to divide the draws in two. But that means you won't fit up to 18 pairs of shoes.

Bought 2. Poor quality fittings on the first one - plastic bent so can't screw properly; 2 of the holes not drilled properly. Had to scavenge parts from the 2nd one. Will call warranty on Monday for extra pieces or refund one.

Lots of effort to get this together and I have a fair bit of Ikea assembly experience.

I've had better experience with Aldi furniture.

    • Agreed, the plastic parts were bent on mine too which made it a bit tricky - make sure you pick a box that is not damaged.

I'm pretty good at assembling flat packs but I must admit this was a difficult one!
