no hdd bay so probably no way to upgrade if 16GB becomes an obstacle
SuperTalent have released SSD drives up to 64GB which can replace the 16GB SSD in the S101. But then it may not be cost effective…
This looks pretty good, I'd buy one if I wasn't going to Queensland soon.
For those unsure about the internal storage, I don't think thats a big issue. I cant see anyone using this as their "main" computer, it's just an ultraportable that shouldn't require a lot of storage.

32GB total (16GB SS tplus included 16GB SDCH) is decent for what it is…surfing, general word processing etc.
You can shift 'My Documents' onto the SDHC card to free up space on the SSD.
this is so cheap (it was around $1000 when it released about a year ago)

Yeah but who knows how much they'll charge for it here. Probably $499 * 1.11 + $100 (because they feel like it) + GST (unavoidable) = $719….which is the same amount you pay for an iPhone 3G… Price cut soon for the iPhone? This will be interesting…

s101 is asus's answer to apple air and mini 10z is just a netbook. i will go for s101. for $328, it can't be wrong.
