    Unless you really want a fingerprint scanner (god knows why, it's so much more trouble than it's worth) or want an easier time flashing custom ROMS, it makes no sense to buy this over a G4.

      Is the LG water resistant ?
      Liquid ingress is an oft uswd loophole on denying warranty, so something that lists resistance as a feature is high upon my list.

        I believe the LG would have a basic liquid seal, but not water resistance so no. No official IPxx rating.

      just because you have bought a G4 doesn't mean you had to neg it. for some people it might still be a deal. I've bought a Nexus 6 myself and i still posted this deal because this is the cheapest price i could find this moment. I am just trying to post this deal here to let the community know about it. If you don't need it, dont buy it

          It will work on Australian networks, not all of them though. It's missing 900MHz for 3G on Optus/Virgin, and the 2300 amd 2600MHz 4G bands for Optus.

          For someone on Voda or Telstra, this model will do fine.
