  • Nice…paid $22 from you guys the other week!

  • Thanks!!! got one

    Perfect for summer!

  • More the half the price of Bunnings equivalent. good deal.

    • +1

It's $10.94 at Bunnings. I think the real saving is in the free shipping.

        • +1

$5 for the plastic box. They have the sack for $10.94.

My bad ..found it thanks LL.

  • Just be careful team. I used some stick type testers that showed that I had insufficient stabiliser (cyanuric acid). I later found that the sticks were faulty or too old or had been exposed to air. I had therefore added too much stabiliser and the only way to reduce the level is by dilution - dumping water and refilling with fresh water - and you must do it because too much stabiliser will actually stop the sanitation action of the chlorine…. Big problem.

just go into one of the pool stores to test it.

      • I always get reports, sometimes once or twice a week. It is free, accurate and convenient.
        usually go the local Poolwerx

  • Thanks got 1, bought a few things from these guys recently, quick postage!

  • Good deal. Got one.

  • 200g per 10.000L.Sorry, It is 10L or 10000L?

    • 10,000 litres ..website typo.

    • +1

if it was 200g per 10L, and you had a 375,000L pool you'd need 7500KG.

Example 1: Pool Dimensions: Length 25 metres Width 10 metres Depth 1 metres to 2 metres (average 1.5 metres) Volume = 25 × 10 x 1.5 = 375 cubic metres One cubic metre is equal to 1000 litres therefore the volume of the example above is 375 000 litres."

      edit:
      200g per 10,000L in a 375,000L pool is 7.5KG
      200g per 10L is a 375,000L pool is 7500KG

  • If I buy this: Lo-Chlor Scale Eliminator 5L - Reduces Calcium Build Up in Pools & Chlorinators - Pool Chemical

Is this similar to the Beautec salt scaler product?

    Or a Cal-Stop?

    • +1

They seem to be similar products, although haven't been able to confirm if the active ingredient is the same. Also have in mind this is a preventative product - it will not remove the calcium, but it will inhibit its formation.

      • website says it is - "Active Polymer Complex" which seems to be a bit of jargon.

        This the same for yours?

I'll keep you in mind when its time to dose the pool to control calcium scale build up.

  • "This product is currently out of stock."
    Am I to late rep!!

  • Out of stock. Rep - can you put up some more?

  • 2kg of stabiliser at bunnings is 10 bucks. Is this product that much better?

  • Hey rep. Does your phosphate remover have a dye in it or is it clear. Want to use it in my fish tank and have noticed most products have a dye in them these days? Is it straight lanthanum chloride?
