  • Awesome, just when I am about to go the USA.

    TravelSim Rep:

My travel dates are 5th - 21st December to Hawaii! Will this offer be valid for me? I missed you last clear out because of my dates :)

    • Yeah mate, just put your date as say 28th of November and you will covered for your entire trip and it'll be activated nice and early - waiting for you upon arrival :)

      • +1

Love your work, I ordered it!

        • Have fun over there!

  • My parents are travelling to South America end of this year, got any deals for South American sims?

    • Best we have is AT&T but that only covers USA, Canada and Mexico. We do have an international roaming sim much cheaper than anywhere else but they are never as good as local sims.

  • Need one for travel in January - hope you have a deal going soon!!

    • +2

By then we will have some exciting products and plans and DEALS! :)

    • Count me in as well for something in January!

    Great deals as always!

  • Awesome! Ordered one for November trip.
Please post your December deal soon, I'll have a December trip coming up as well.

    • Will do! Business or two trips of leisure? (Either way awesome!)

  • Where is the h2o deal you mentioned last week? Looking for a AT&T one

    • Hey, probably about 2 weeks away I would say. We have them in stock, finalizing activation processes with h2o now (great to work with but they are very slow to respond to anything!)

      • I can wait until 10th Nov, hope it will be available at that time

        • PM me mate. Probably won't be until November 10th but I'll grab your details and see if there is anything I can seeing as you are leaving so soon!

      • At&t would be great! I got one of those $30 Lumia 635s from them earlier in the year.b it's unlocked, but using at&t would be ideal because I don't need to worry about frequencies

  • Need one starting Dec 8th damn.

  • Perfect :)
    Travelling November 25th

  • Any more deals coming up soon for JP? Missed out on the last deal, leaving for JP on the 14th.

Hi! Usually wouldn't do it so soon again but have been having heaps of interest so pushing for next week, still waiting for approval for it by the owners.

These guys are great. Ordered a JP sim and arrived in a few days!

  • Just a warning on these guys. I recently purchased a sim card from them to use in the US and on arriving in the country, the card was not working - could only make emergency calls and data was not working. On contacting them, they informed me my sim card was faulty and could not do anything else for me. They did refund me with extra for a replacement sim card, but was a real pain to have to source an alternate, particularly as I didn't have a backup handy. Not sure about their excuse of faulty sim card either and believe they stuffed up the activation process and used this as an excuse.

Mate honestly sometimes (extremely rare) small % of electronics like sim cards might experience issues. Read every post we have, it is full of 100s of positive experiences and look at forums many hundred more.
A normal business would just refund you and move on to make more money. We did our best to help you and yes we gave you a full refund + more money to help you get a replacement. We did everything we could. The consumer takes risks with certain products when purchasing. We are one of very few businesses that take that risk so low by going out of our way like crazy and ensure every single person is taken care of.
But we love to make excuses and throw extra money with refunds to people. Next time this sort of thing happens and it's a company that barely responses and only gives you a refund after delaying etc you'll think of us and realise we aren't too bad at all.

      • I'm just informing others that there may be issues and not everything is 100% full proof. Many people like myself would be relying solely on the card when arriving in a foreign country, so having a backup card would be beneficial. I appreciate the refund, however having to message through facebook to get a quick response is not ideal. I had full reception bars on my phone, thus my questioning of whether faulty card was the problem.

        • Appreciate the feedback mate. We genuinely are always looking to improve and help as much as possible. I'm sorry you didn't get the experience you wanted. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve please share. And we would love to make it up to you. If you're travelling again in the future please email us and we will be sure to make it all up to you, promise! :)

  • Great! Just ordered a SIM for my wife who will be in the states for 3 weeks in the middle of Nov. Thanks guys.

  • I need a card for the 8th of Dec til Christmas. Will my Nexus 5 work in the US?

    • It will mate! Check frequencies to see what sort of data speeds to expect though :)

      • Cheers! What activation date should I put down?

        • 5th of December should be sweet :)
