Target Australia's official twitter account tweeted out their price for BO3, which is $64. Target usually a good place to buy games as they often include pre order bonuses (without pre ordering) and are generally cheap.

They did when I got Ghosts (Freefall Map) and FIFA 16 (15 Packs) from there. Its just an assumption based off past experience. Hope its true this time around, first shipments often include them and as Target isnt advertising the pre order deal they will likely throw in the pre order bonus in it
The code is in the case on all first run copies. There will a Nuketown sticker on the front of the case.

i've read that some stores do price match while some don't. Its strange but probably best to try your luck with your local JB
Some JBs (and EBs) will price match but refuse to include their pre-order/exclusive bonuses.

Nope, The Giant is exclusive to the Hardened Edition and Digital Deluxe. Expect that to be available to purchase separately soon

Yes, The Giant will come with the Season Pass on launch, and if you go to https://www.callofduty.com/au/en/blackops3 you can see it says "order the season pass" but the link is broken. I would assume this is where you order the season pass from, and will probably be open to the public a while after the game releases as at the moment the season pass is exclusive to the special editions of the game
Edit - It seems like Treyarch havent listed where Australians can buy the season pass but they have for some other countries. I would probably check with stores to see if they are selling them
