In the market for split system AC at the moment and came across this. Applicance Central are also offering free shipping at the moment (to capital cities only, I think?) and confirmed via email that they count as a 'participating retailer' for the cash back promotion. The SRK50ZMA (5.0kW) at $1239 shipped ($1139 after cash back) seems pretty good to me.

    just got a panasonic from JBhifi, for $1800, happy enough with that , a bit cheaper than other stores without having to drive around and haggle. their normal ticket was $2000. http://www.panasonic.com/au/consumer/air-conditioners/econav…
    2.5star rating (mitsi is 1.5). panasonics RRP is a crazy $3299!
    and 8year warranty (5 plus free 3)

    mitsi are meant to be pretty good too.

    appliance central are $102 delivery for me (gold coast)

        thanks, no idea why a couple of people neg voted my comment.

        I was just saying what I bought was a similar price (include delivery, extended warranty to make it all even level). I even plus voted the deal.
