  • Finally a cheapish 60" tv, so would anyone with the LG 60LF6300 be able to provide a quick review on likes and dislikes.

    • yeah would also like to know
though looking around and the normal price is $1495 so saving $100 on the efpos

it sucks how hard it can be to find reviews of tv's in australia!

off topic but does anyone know why in America they have this same model but its only 120hz? Amazon lists their 60LF6300 as the 2015 model and it's 120hz as are all the reviews for it based in the US http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00TRQOV58?keywords=60LF630…

Read some reviews on this a while ago when the tgg eBay deal was on. Seems ok for this price. Good for those who doesn't need uhd and 3d.
    Pro:
    Magic remote
    200hz
    Webos2.0

    Con:
    Edge lit led
    Ugly stand (imo, lol)

  • USB 2.0 and FHD for nearly 1.5k doesn't sound like a bargain to me… Sure it's 60" but Even then at that price point you'd expect better. I paid only $150 more for a UHD With the same 200hz but with USB3.0… Yes, it is a 55" panel but what's the point of a bigger screen if its only FHD?

    • agree… not even 3d , would be better to wait for some christmas deals on 60s UHD with 3d capabilities.

      • Absolutely. With so many good UHD Tvs going for under 1.5k you'd have to be nuts to drop that much on ANY FHD TV.

brb, signing up to all that uhd content so readily available.

If you're a true ozbargainer you'll know the way! ;)

          @z00m:

Tbh, even there was absolutely no content out there, buying an inferior screen with inferior features for that price would still not be a bargain

  • No deal.
I just bought the Sony camera for $179 at Aldi Garden City.

    • +1

Aldi isn't Australia Wide and is also quite far for some people so the cost of fuel would kill it

  • That price for the Canon Powershot G7X seems really good for what is essentially a decent alternative to the Sony RX100 III, but $300 cheaper. I would have bought it if I didn't buy my rx100 last month. JB sells it for $764 including the "15% off cameras" https://www.jbhifi.com.au/cameras/compact-cameras/canon/cano…

    • Not really a Sony RX100 III competitor as it has no EVF.

    whats the input lag like?

im using a philips 40" 4k as a monitor but 60" would be pretty nice

  • Thanks OP,Got 1 and picture quality ootb very good.

  • Picked up the HD439 from Officeworks with the price match (free shipping too, so good). Apparently i got the very last pair before it's discontinued. Thanks for this deal OP!
