    You're looking at the Pro 1600mhz CL11 models.

    Actually there are Pro series 16GB DDR3 1866MHz RAM kits which has a timing 9-10-9-27 (CL9) which is actually better.

        Nope timing varies according to model. The model numbers end with for example 11R for red colour with CL11 latency, or 10R with red colour with CL10 latency, or 10B as blue colour with CL10 latency, or 9R as red colour with CL9 latency. etc etc. Colour has nothing to with latency.

        Well you always want a lower latency if you can.
