Just what I always needed in a vac!

    • Also, not sure where you get your RRP from, when HN/GGs/Masters are all selling this for $169…

      • the Recommended Retail Price is usually different to selling price on electrical goods.
Godfreys also have it for $159

These are great for wooden floors (not carpet) to grab crumbs, do the stairs, etc. The detachable dustbuster is also handy to do sliding door frames, cars, lounges, etc.

If you have furry childen then forget it, you'll spend more time removing fur from it then using it.

    • you'd be surprised. when vacuuming at night without the lights on is extremely fun!

    • Ha ha, they are surprisingly handy for spotting crumbs etc on hard floors under tables and chairs.

  • What a horrible website.

  • I had one of these.. I always needed to go over the same spot at least twice to get all the dust. I changed to a Dyson handheld and it is so much better. Even though it is more expensive, it depends on whether you want something that works or kinda works.

    • I agree I had one to once.

They are designed for aesthetics rather than function. They are a toy.

      As above, get a Dyson.

    • dup

      • Agree these are rubbish but to bag them for being aesthetic and then suggest a Dyson seems odd. The Dyson looks more like toy than Barbie

        • Actually I have never owned a Dyson, I just heard they are good but yeah, plastic city.

That is why I have never bought a Dyson.

  • The 12V is rubbish.
The 18V Li-Ion is a world of difference. Much, much better.

Had 3 of these, 2 replacements under warranty. All broke at the join in the handle. Junk.

  • I've had one of these for about a year and a half. Loved it in my one-bedroom floating floorboard apartment, now I'm in a carpeted house it's not as effective but still gets the job done. You might need to go over some parts more than once and I think if you have animals or messy kids (or adults) it won't be effective but for us it was a good purchase.
