i was at the ballarat store but they didnt have stock yet.
i asked when as it was clearly listed in the brand new catalogue and the salespeople gave a big laugh.
we dont know when its coming in. nobody in victoria has them yet. this happens a lot they chuckled.
poor sign for a big store. probably breaching consumer law etc etc but i felt sorry for theguys as they might lose their jobs like the ceo did today.
at least at jb hifi they put a note up when they cant stock catalogue items.
not good enough for a big company and a sign that its on the way out.
however its a good deal if stock ever comes in…..
Haha, not a surprise for Masters. I've given up on them. I went there the other day as they are a shorter walk from home to buy a LED globe Philips 13w. They were out of stock, the exact one I wanted.
I then ended up walking the extra distance to Bunnings rather than going home and getting the car - it was a pleasant day in any case.
They had what I wanted, but what was a stark difference was Bunnings was full of customers on a Sunday morning, Masters had a handful - what does that tell you.
