The camera is also only 480p, so you won't be getting those crystal clear images they show on their product page. Pretty terrible camera, although you can probably get $30-$50 for it on eBay.
I agree. Xiaomi's Ants Camera is much better and costs around $45
Frankly, I couldn't care less about the camera, but hey, that's me.
The camera also acts as a wireless extender. This camera doesn't. I don't like these Chinese brands. They seem to have poor support and poor software.
I'm told that you have 7 days leeway to claim or something… I might clarify that later.
So I ordered this from them 27/11/15, with the promise of stock and the redemption. First I get out of stock, then I get an invoice dated 02/12/15, which means I'm ineligible for the redemption. I frankly don't care about the camera, but I find wireless 1 to be a most unprofessional outfit, given that I was advised otherwise.
Deal with caution.
I never got the free camera from the last identical deal. TP Link would not respond to my enquiries. Buyers beware.
