    Watch out, they will probably add $100 to the price, give you a useless $5 coupon or send you a box of coal instead.

    They have tried to scam people way too many times in the past.

    Do you have anything to back this up samfisher? I am interested in the tv's but any bad experiences may put me off. Where are the people that you know have been scammed?

    My only experience with these guys was terrible. I got a product that was obviously damaged before being sent from China (I thought it was going to be sent from within Australia), and if it wasn't damaged before being sent it would have been damaged in transit as the packaging was esentially a garbage bag around a vulnerable product.

    Customer service was also terrible. I got my money back, but it just wasn't worth the headache. I'd avoid this if they were selling them for $100.

      Elephant, pls email your order id to [email protected] as I will ensure to get your order reviewed. Unless the product description states it is shipped from overseas (only for cameras, mobile phone and some batteries), All other products are shipped from Sydney.
      If there was any mistake on our behalf, we would more than happy to reimburse you somehow.

        Thankyou for your concern, but I haven't recieved much help from emailing that address in the past. I certainly did not recieve any responses within the 72 hours your site suggests.

        I'm happy to have eventually recieved my money back, but the experience is not one I am game to relive.

        Edit: Also, it was not a camera, phone or battery - so topbuy.com.au does have more things sent from OS than that.

    In the youtube video it shows a power brick is that for the tv?

    And just to clarify - it doesn't have to be run on 12 volts does it?
