I've done this before and it's never been a hassle to cancel, just send an email and they reply.

  Good deal for a bit of trash reading for the in laws etc, but I wonder about this 'easy to unsubscribe' concept.
  How many hoops do you have to jump to unsubscribe though, really?

    You email them with your customer number and ask them to cancel the subscription. You receive an email back probably 24hrs later saying it will be cancelled immediately but you will still receive the magazines that you have paid for. I've done it with another magazine a couple of times with the same people.

    Just found my reply:

    Thank you for your email.

    I can confirm that the subscription has been cancelled as requested and the direct debit instruction has been stopped.

    Your subscription will run until expiry and the last issue to be received against the most recent payment is: 17/12/2015 (on sale 10/12/2015).

    We welcome all feedback, and if there are any further comments you wish to provide this would be greatly appreciated.

    May I take this opportunity to thank you for your support of the magazine.

    got messed around with these guys before.
    asked to cancel but they didnt and account got charged.
    eventually got thru on phone, lot of hassle, said they would regund but nothing. 2 nd call, eventually got a cheque.

      Did you email them and get a reply to the email? I've done it twice now and both times not a hassle at all. They don't even question why you want to cancel.

      You can also check your account online and see that it's cancelled.

  Yes that should be ok or reply to the one they sent you. They sometimes take a few days to reply and maybe a bit longer being the amount of bank holidays but you've got plenty of time to get it cancelled.

        yeah I got the same message back too. I will have to put it in my diary to make sure it does actually finish on that date. I can see why it got the nick name "no idea" its not a very good magazine.

        Far too gossipy for me. For $12 it was worth the try.
