    You never know they might do the right thing and do what they promise….but I highly doubt it.

    Maybe they just lie alot? They told me I had 12 months warranty but they didn't really mean it.

    My days of buying from Kogan are completely done no matter how cheap.

  I have ordered a mobile bracket in the past that was broken, and once I report it to them, they did send a replacement so have been happy with purchase of the productss I have purchased
